Haha i’m seeing this picture everywhere now… hmmmn kinda weird b/c i didn’t know the person who posted it so idk where she got it :O  but i went over and read all those notes and LADIES , this outfit was nothing but $20 heels at Target & a $2 tshirt that I cut up . 

Remember , beauty doesn’t always have to be expensive :)
